Return Policy



You must take three (3) clear pictures (or a 60 second video) of the deceased fish(es) on a plain white background surface. Pictures of the fish(es) in your hand will not be considered genuine or acceptable. Also include a detailed statement as to the deceased item(s) condition when it initially arrived. Please state in your message whether you want the item(s) replaced or refunded.

Once the pictures or video are taken, email them to: info@incredible-fish.co.za. The images will be checked for authenticity and validity against our return policy for fish(es) submitted in the claim.

The customer is responsible for any and all re-shipping costs – promotional shipping offers will not be granted or honored for any re-shipments.

If you choose to have replacement fish(es) reshipped, please be aware that there is no guarantee on the items being replaced after 12 hours of shipment arrival.

If your warranty replacement fish(es) arrives DOA on the reshipment, you must follow the same procedures as you have done for the initial fish(es) that were lost within 12 hours of delivery.

If you choose not to send pictures of the item(s) in question, we cannot approve a refund or replacement request.

Please note that if for some reason the postal service you have used chooses to throw your package out because of a bad odor, Incredible-fish is not responsible for refund or replacement of your deceased fish(es).

All sizes listed are only approximate representations. All pictures and descriptions are generalizations and cannot be exact representations of the product shipped, bought or sold.
